Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Coder Inventa, we are committed to providing the best learning experience and opportunities for our learners. Our policies ensure a transparent and fair approach while keeping the learners’ interests in mind.

Cancellation & Refund Guidelines

Post-Session Policy:

No refund requests will be accepted after attending one session of the registered course.

Learning Access:

No refund will be processed once access to learning materials or resources has been shared.

Training Sessions:

Refunds are not applicable once the training session has been scheduled and commenced.

Refund Period:

Refund requests must be made within the stipulated period; claims made beyond this timeframe will not be considered.

Nullification of Refund Policy:

The 5-day, No-Question Refund Policy becomes void in these cases:

Exam Fees:

Refunds for exam fees booked by Coder Inventa will not be processed.

Abuse of Refund Policy:

If the refund policy is misused, Coder Inventa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without liability.

Cancellation Guidelines

Refund requests can only be initiated within 7 days of payment. After this period, refund requests will not be entertained.

Refund Process

All refund requests are subject to verification. If the request is deemed genuine, the refund will be processed within 30 days.

A 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Changes in Schedule or Course

Changes depend on the availability of resources and may take 0–3 working days to implement. While we strive to accommodate all requests, Coder Inventa reserves the right to deny changes in case of resource unavailability.
